We wanted to reproduce the luxuriously delicious food enjoyed by the legendary Japanese pirate, Admiral Murakami, as he sailed the waters of the Seto Inland Sea. At least ten types of live fish, caught all over Japan, are maintained in live tanks for you.
We prepare our fish to the sizes and methods requested by our customers.
