At Gent, we marinate a whole chicken in our chef's original marinating sauce filled with herbs and condiments overnight to let the essence sink in. Then, the chicken is slowly roasted at a low temperature as it rotates on the Rotisserie machine.
Excess fat drops off, leaving crispy skin and very tender meat.
