We are a specialty Japanese restaurant serving authentic "yakitori" (skewered and grilled chicken and vegetables), prepared by selected chefs, along with chicken and vegetable dishes. We also serve seasonal Japanese sake!
As a specialty chicken restaurant, we select quality delicious chicken prepared as deliciously grilled and simmered chicken dishes. Aside from chicken, we select fresh seasonal vegetables that is sweet in flavor and can be enjoyed raw. We prepare our own original sauces and soups, etc. We only use freshly-laid eggs by organic (pesticide-free) chicken. We grill our yakitori on binchotan charcoals to seal in the meat juices. We also offer Japanese sake and wine selections to compliment your cuisine.
