"New Japanese Cuisine" as the theme, we have procured best ingredients and created the new and eccentric Tsugihagi (crazy quilt) style of dishes.

From simple and causal dish (at 700 yen) to high quality dishes, we maintain our own originality. Based on "Japanese," we combine "Western" technique and ingredients, and try to use the best of each ingredient.
