Hens are raised until the meat is perfect for eating. Senjyu's wholesaler tries hard to get the same thickness of the Senjyu Welsh onion. Shiitake mushrooms and shishito green pepper are traded to Tsukiji's high-class Japanese restaurant. Neatly made salt. These ingredients, strictly consulted, are fully used and prepared by our experienced chef from morning. We use Ubamegashi binchotan charcoal fire. Our traditional full course dinner (9 kinds of yakitori, JPY6,300) keeps its delicious taste. We also have some new menu; "Yakitori Light-meal Course", which the price is reasonable and not too voluminous (JPY4,725, reservations required), and "7 Skewer Course", from breast fillet to thigh meat (JPY4,725). We also have a value rice dish set. We are a smoking free restaurant but also have a smoking table. Please ask staff for more details.
