Our Japanese sake is Niigata's regional sake. It is directly sent from the sake brewery. According to the season, we have new sake, hiyaoroshi (unpasteurized and cold sake), unrefined sake, and pure sake. Shochu is Tanegashima's regional shochu. We directly have the local and popular brand shochu from a retail shop in Kagoshima. We have a relaxing atmosphere that can ease your exhaustion after a hard day at work.
