We serve authentic tasty dishes created with the full use of firepower.
We trace back our history to the year 1974 right after Okinawa was handed back to Japan, when the very first restaurant “Nakanomachi branch” opened in so called Nakanomachi (Uechi), Okinawa city.
The quantity of heat per ordinary commercial gas stove is about 7,500 〜 12,500 Cal. while a special gas stove used for Chinese cuisine is about 12,500 〜 22,000 Cal.
The gas stoves used at “TOYOHANTEN” are greater than these and the quantity of heat per stove is upto 45,000 Cal !!
This is the reason why our dishes are so tasty !!
